The Role
We are seeking an AMI Infant & Toddler Guide to lead our 0–3 environment. This role includes:
● Preparing and maintaining a calm, developmentally precise Infant & Toddler environment
● Supporting freedom of movement, language acquisition, and independence in daily care routines
● Building secure, trusting relationships with very young children
● Partnering with families in respectful, Montessori-aligned communication
● Collaborating with the broader Montessori team to ensure continuity across programs
This is a deeply meaningful role requiring presence, sensitivity, and strong observational practice.Mentorship & Culture

Requirements
● AMI Infant & Toddler Diploma
● BC ECE or IT/ECE certification required
● First Aid certification
● Clear criminal record check
● Deep respect for infant development and Montessori principles
Hours 30–40 hours per week
