..The Role
We are seeking a Lead Montessori Guide (AMI 3–6) to join our Casa program.
This role includes:
● Leading the morning three-hour uninterrupted work cycle
● Maintaining a carefully prepared Montessori environment
● Supporting independence, concentration, and social development
● Co-guiding afternoon Nature Study experiences, extending Montessori work into outdoor environments
● Collaborating within a reflective, Montessori-trained team

We welcome both experienced guides and recent AMI graduates from MTCBC cohorts.

New educators are supported through:

Requirements
● AMI Montessori Diploma (Casa 3–6)
● BC ECE or ECEA certification required
