Glenayre Montessori Centre is a well established facility with two classrooms. We have 8 staff, and roughly 40 children registered per school day.
We are looking for a Directress to join our team full time. As all of our staff are long term employees, we are looking for someone who thrives on stability and growth.
Our preferred candidate will have a familiarity with the Montessori method of teaching, preferably someone who has completed formal Montessori training. We also require the candidate to have a minimum of an ECEA certification or an ECE certification . Completion of a first aid course for children will also be required prior to starting.
We offer healthcare and dental benefits , where the employee pays 50% and employer will cover the remaining 50%.
Pay is negotiable based on experience.

Please note that this position starts middle to end of August 2024 in order to familiarize with the environment prior to the starting of the new school year in September.
