Bright Star Montessori School located in Qualicum Beach, BC Canada is looking for AMI qualified teacher with ECE starting from January 2, 2026
Bright Star Montessori School has a long-lasting and respectable reputation in the community. We are looking for a full time AMI or MACTE trained preferred and ECE qualified preschool teacher to provide an educational and caring environment for children between 2.5 and 6 years of age. The following qualifications and personal qualities are required:
- AMI certificate
- Early Childhood Education Certificate in British Columbia Canada
Montessori certificate not required but would be great
- First Aid Certificate
- Criminal Record Check
- Proof of medical fitness to work with children
- At least one year of experience of working with children in a group setting
- Good work ethic, flexibility, and the ability to follow the school’s philosophy and regulations
- Three references from previous employment
