Morning Star Montessori Center based in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, is looking for an English Speaking Montessori Certified lead guide with 3+ years experience. Morning Star Montessori Center is a well established Christian private school. We are English and Mandarin Bilingual Montessori programs for children ages 3 to 6 since 1996. We are based on Maria Montessori’s philosophy and the directress is certified from St. Nicholas Montessori Center London England and AMI certification. Our school has 3 locations and all classrooms are well equipped with a full complement of Montessori materials.
Montessori Teacher for 3-6 years old Montessori environment. The successful candidate has:
• Bachelor degree (B. Ed) or ECE level 3 or equivalent,
• AMI, AMS, MACTE Montessori credential
• Gentle and patient with a deep understanding of the Montessori philosophy, curriculum and implementation
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Desire to work collaboratively
• Proven ability to work flexibly within a team setting
• Exemplary leadership skills and a demonstrated passion and dedication to fostering a lifelong love of learning
• English Speaker
