We are currently seeking an AMI-trained Primary (CASA) Guide to join our dynamic and
diverse team of passionate educators. This part-time / full-time position oIers an exciting
opportunity to work in a supportive and collaborative environment, where you can make a
meaningful impact on the lives of young children. The ideal candidate will have a deep
understanding of Montessori principles, excellent communication skills, and a genuine
passion for early childhood education.

Qualifications and Experience Required:
• Bachelor’s Degree
• AMI Montessori CASA Diploma
• B.C. Early Childhood Educator (ECE) Certificate
• Minimum 2 -3 years’ experience classroom management
• Valid First Aid Certificate
• Satisfactory Criminal Records Check
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, time management
• Excellent Verbal and communication skills
• Must uphold a high standard of professionalism
• Hard-working, pro-active and has a strong work ethic
• Organized, eIicient, responsible, must take initiative, dedicated
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Adhere to AMI Montessori curriculum, philosophies and pedagogy
• Monitoring and assessing student progress and writing reports
• Ensure that the space is engaging, clean and conducive to growth and development
of the students
• Maintain a collaborative relationship with a co-guide
• Maintain relationships with families and staI
Compensation and benefits:
