Position: Teacher (Primary Guide)
Primary Guide Key Functions:
• Implementation of Montessori Curriculum;
• Planning and Preparation of Materials and Environments;
• Documentation of Student Progress;
• Communicating with Staff, Parents and Administration.
Representative Activities:
1. Implementation and Documentation of Program Curriculum and Student Progress
2. Understand Montessori philosophy and curriculum
3. Implementation of curriculum according to individual child’s developmental level and
needs.
4. Thoughtful and consistent work with assistant, Team, and Campus partners
5. Document curriculum implementation and uniform record keeping
6. Commitment to reflective practices and ongoing Montessori-focused professional
development
