Our Montessori school, L’Éclaireuse, is looking to hire an AMI-certified (or AMS or NAMC equivalent) Montessori teacher for ages 3-6 for the 2026 school year. The ideal candidate will have several years of solid experience working with children aged 3-6 in France or abroad.
Requirements:-
– You are independent and committed, able to organize yourself in a demanding environment while developing strong interpersonal skills.
– Through your professional practice, you demonstrate reliability and consistency in your commitments and know how to put your personal emotions aside.
– You adjust your professional attitude in an encouraging and supportive manner; you establish quality relationships with children, families, and your colleagues of environments for ages 3-6, 6-9, and 9-12. In the 3-6 year old environment, your team consists of an AMI Montessori assistant with 20 years of experience and an apprentice educator currently undergoing AMI training.
– You are able to communicate clearly and respectfully and have a genuine ability to listen and question yourself. Ideally, you are fluent in English.
